OolongSwap launched as Boba Network's first AMM[1].

They have announced that they will support dynamic pair fees between 0.01% and 1% on different token pairs based on their risk levels[2].

It is not currently known who the team behind OolongSwap are.

Note that SenpaiSwap also announced that they planedn to be Boba Network's first AMM, but it appears that OolongSwap launched first.
